I’m here for the creative brides and the organized brides, for the free-spirited brides, the classic brides, and the DIY brides. I’m here for the women who've been dreaming of their wedding day since they stomped around in their mother’s heels with a dish towel covering their hair, but then I’m also here for the couple who's just ready to start their life together and want to make sure their friends and family have a blast!
My part starts about 6 weeks before the wedding, when we meet to walk through a detailed list of questions and put together a plan to tie up any loose ends. Then I typically take over point-of-contact for your vendors so you can step back from all the questions and details. I help you create a timeline for the day-of, make sure it works for everyone involved, and conduct the rehearsal the day before. I'm present the entire day of your wedding - usually the first to arrive and the last to leave - and I work behind the scenes to answer any questions the vendors may have, keep the day on schedule, and make sure you have everything you need.
I moved to Nashville 3 years ago and fell in love with the city. After a year-long hiatus, I found my way back to weddings and the rest is history! Because every wedding and every couple is different, my goal is to cater to you, as well as the diverse personalities, dynamics, vendors, and settings of your wedding, so they come together and create the day you've dreamed of.

What I didn't know, and what most brides don't know until after the fact (hindsight is always 20/20...), is that what you really need in a wedding planner is someone who is organized and in control, but who does everything under the radar, catering to your specific personality throughout the planning and wedding day. Holly was the perfect combination of exactly what I needed during what can be a stressful time for brides. She was in control throughout the whole process and made sure nothing was forgotten or untimely, yet maintained a calm and comforting demeanor through it all. I can honestly say that our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did without her help and support, and would recommend her to any bride!
I greatly enjoyed working with Holly on my wedding day! She is professional and very organized- she made for a stress-free day! I met with Holly a couple weeks prior to the wedding and she took ownership of contact and communication with my vendors so I could spend time with out-of-town family and friends. She thought of every detail on the wedding day and I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you are unsure if you should get a coordinator or not, definitely do! Holly Parks was the most professional, easy going, sweet, and organized wedding coordinator ever. I barely spoke with my vendors the week before my wedding, because she took care of it all.
